Oak Grove School District 68 Evaluates Current Facilities
Green Oaks, Illinois
In response to increased student growth over the past few years, Oak Grove School District decided it was necessary to explore the condition of their Pre-K through 8th grade building and organize future maintenance and renovations options to accommodate the future programmatic needs of the District. In a proactive approach, RuckPate was asked by the District to facilitate a Condition Assessment and Long Range Master Facility Plan.
Our team focused on investigating and examining the current facilities. The completed Master Plan will also provide the District with a yearly schedule of projected needs and the costs associated with each project so that they could be prepared for the future.
We have spent many hours performing site visits at Oak Grove School, interviewing District staff, and reviewing the current Facility Audit and Life Safety Report in an effort to gather as much information as possible to create a Master Plan that will take Oak Grove School District 68 into the next decade.
"We are excited about our continued relationship with Oak Grove School District. Their proactive approach to student population growth in the District is an important step in creating and maintaining environments that promote the high level of educational programming currently found at the District. It has been a pleasure working with the District Board, Staff and Teachers," said Steve Pate, President of RuckPate.
