With nowhere to expand, the Christian Fellowship Church stepped out in faith and purchased a 22-acre farmland site two miles from their existing facility. RuckPate was employed to develop a new campus plan that was flexible enough to be expanded in phases as the church grew. The Master Plan included a 950-seat worship space, Prayer and Meditation courtyard, large assembly and fellowship spaces, a day school, offices, gymnasium, and related support spaces within a 65,000 square foot ground level facility.

The first phase building includes a flexible 600-seat auditorium space with a large theatrical platform to facilitate the Church’s specific worship style. The parking, building, and the auditorium were specifically designed for easy expansion, with minimal disruption to the existing facility during construction of future phases. The character and prairie-style design of the building was in keeping with the Church’s desire to fit into the open landscape of the surrounding area without being recognized as a traditional church form.
